Rachel J. Wong, RD, CSO, LD
Rachel is a Registered Dietitian located in the Metropolitan Washington D.C. area. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Rachel holds a certificate of training in weight management and is a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition. Rachel has a wide variety of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient clinics where she provides counseling to individuals with different nutritional concerns. Aside from her involvement with cancer patients, she also works closely to manage and provide counseling to individuals with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Individuals with ALS require close monitoring as they often experience difficulty chewing and swallowing. Outside of work, Rachel is an avid runner and a four-time marathoner!
